Mailing services are utilized to facilitate the actual addressing of your printed material, whether it’s a postcard, self mailer, or invite package. We print the mailing information directly on your printed piece, add the postal information, sort the project, and deliver it to the post office.

To help you get started here is the basic process of working with mailing services

Get your material printed that you want to mail. You can find a full list of available printing services on our printing page. These can be postcards, brochures, invitations, envelopes and so on.

Submit a list that you have purchased or own in excel format, or purchase a list through us with your exact specifications. For instance, if you want to mail to single family homes in your zip code that make $100,000 annually you can purchase that specific list.

We will take over from here, inkjetting the address information, putting on the bulk permit number, sorting your mail and getting it delivered to the post office. By using a bulk mail permit ( indicia ) we can secure a better postal rate for you as opposed to using stamps. If you already have an indicia we can use that as well. Postage itself is paid directly by the customer.
